It may begin with something that is felt as a difficulty, that causes suffering, a problem with mood, anxiety, or panic. Something insists and calls for a response to a question that has not yet been able to be formulated. There may be a predicament or deadlock in which something is being said, but has not yet been heard. By saying it one may come to read it in such a way that a choice could be made, about the singular response one wants to give to it.
